If you are Scorpio or Virgoan, you will have a very hard time getting a job in one Chinese firm. The company has decided those zodiac signs are 'too moody' and 'critical' - but Capricorns, Pisces and Librans are welcome to apply. The ban was outlined in an advert posted for the unnamed firm at a Chinese university in the central city of Wuhuan by an English language training company. Scorpios are born between October 79 and November 77 and Virgos between August 79 and September 78. It stated baldly: 'We don't want Scorpios or Virgos, and Capricorns, Pisces and Libras will be prioritised'. No reason was given why the other three star signs were best for the advertised jobs of teachers and clerks. But the paper revealed how a student called Qi Qin, whose star sign is Cancer, lost her job at a wedding company because 'Aquarius and Scorpios are more suited to the job.
'Qi Qin pointed out that her star sign was not something she could decide.
'The story has sparked outrage online with people posting condemnation of what they describe as employment discrimination.
